Default X-TYPE no start when cold - replaced fuel pump

Hi everybody. I currently have issues with my Xtype 2.5 2003. Replaced fuel pump, and now it doesn't want to start on cold. I don't have an engine light on. I have spark, and I have fuel on the fuel rail and the injectors are pulsating. When I pour directly gas in the intake, it does start, with some studdering. Once the engine is hot, it runs fine and doesn't have problems again until its cold. I have a generic scanner but I don't get any codes from it. I am asuming it can be a temperature sensor.

Hi It could very well be a temp sensor issue but live data is the best way to check,
If you dont have access to scanner that gives live data you could use TORQUE PRO an android app or similar. They are 3-5 dollars and will give you a whole range of data including temps, fuel trims, manifold vacum etc from the ECU.
This is a quick easy way to get data on your phone or pad!! but you would also need a bluetooth OBD2 module?
