Help! No clear answer in Owner's Manual. The climate controlled seats (heat or cool) in my 2018 XE AWD 35t R-Sport are accessed via the infotainment touch screen. There are 3 levels for both heat and cool. The touch screen initially displays three red filled circles above three empty (hollow) blue circles. Using the up or down arrow indicators, I remove one filled red circle, then re-fill it, in order to start the seat heater. To lower the temp, I remove one or two filled red circles. However, if I am on the lowest heat setting--one filled red circle--the only way to shut the heat off completely is to fill the first blue circle, which hollows out the last red circle, but triggers the lowest level of seat cooling. Same problem in reverse if I start with seat cooling. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SIMPLY TURN OFF SEAT HEATING OR COOLING ONCE HAVING INITIATED THE SAME? Please be as specific as possible. Thanks!. I believe there’s a power or on/off button on the same screen. Tap that, and all the colored circles go away.
