Default Factory Service Manual

Does anyone know where a person can get a factory service manual?

The diffuser I’ll be installing.
I will be changing out the rear valence/diffuser and would love to see the directions for removal. I always seem to miss a fastener somewhere or do something out of order. I’d love to have a look before I start disassembly and replacement. I watched a friend replace my grill and he had to remove the whole front fascia. It didn’t look that difficult after watching him do it but I would not wanted to have attempted it alone first. He is a body guy at a high end body shop so it was a piece of cake for him but I’d like to save the $200 I had to pay him. The dealer wanted over $500 in labor to do a job that took just over 1 hour. Unless it’s warranty work or basic service I don’t think I’ll be using them much.

The official Workshop Manual for current models is online through Jaguar TOPIx:

https://topix.jaguar.jlrext.com/topi...cle/lookupForm

You need to register and it's a chargeable service by the hour, day, week, month or year. A day is the most cost effective option and it's possible to download everything relevant to a singel model in that period.

Thanks Graham. I remember reading something like this before but could not remember where I saw it.

Manuals for all models used to be available from jagdocs.com but they have completely disappeared. I suspect Jaguar finally got fed up with copyright infringement and closed them down.

Guys have a look at Easymanuals.co.uk. You can request a full factory manual tailored to your VIN. Cost me about 73$ US.

TOPix is cheaper than that if you can be bothered to do your own downloading. In the UK, at least.
