Purchased the intercooler for an engine that didn't have one installed so I have no idea how the hose connects to this weird hose end? Can someone provide me a picture or tell me what kind of end this is?

 

That looks exactly like the turbo intercooler for the newer ingenium disel engines. I have no clue of the name but normally require a metal lock for the coolant lines like the radiator. The other two are boost in and out
