Just picked up my XE (R-Sport)
Interesting color combination--blue on blue. Blue seems to be a rare color for an interior. The big 3 German brands don't offer it. When I was a kid, my dad had a white Peugot 305 with a blue interior.
I'm thinking of going red on red, assuming I go this route for my next car, but I would like to see more of the colors in person.

Since you just go your XE, I wonder if you have had any vibrations upon starting.
I just received delivery of my 2017 XE, 2.0 Liter 240HP turbocharged gas engine. Upon inspection at the dealership, the XE was started without difficulty. Both myself and two passengers immediately noticed a mild shaking type vibration while still in idle. There was no excessive increase in rpm. I did not drive the car, ran it at idle for several minutes with no change in the vibration. I was told by the general manager this was normal due to "engine self-balancing". I asked to check two other gas XE in the parking lot, neither of which vibrated upon a cold start.
I have not finalized payment and have the option not to accept the car.

That sounds odd. We dont have it at all with ours (ecoboost 177KW engine). It normally starts at about 1300RPM and takes maybe 30 seconds or so to drop down to 800RPM or so. But there is virtually no motion at all, you wouldnt know then engine was on if it wasnt for the tacho and noise.
"Engine self balancing" sounds to be a made up term. If the engine fell out, no doubt that would have been "engine self altitude adjustment".

Even when my wife uses Stop /Start in traffic it is fairly smooth.
I have not heard of this problem on any of the other forum sites.
