Hey, I made that very switch! I went from a ’14 V6S to a ’17 35T RSport 34000 miles. No problems with it except I had to have the sat nav reloaded. It’s fast! If you haven’t already done so, he is one sort of close by.....
That's a good looking XE It looks like you've got a much bigger wheels at the rear?
One thing I noticed on majority of the members here, once they sold their Jag, they buy another Jag.

Yes, they are great looking rims. Do you get rubbing on the rears? I was going to put my old F Type 19's on our first XE but didnt because I thought it might get rubbing during hard cornering (my missus drives her XE's with much enthusiasm).

Well hello there😃! No rubbing at all. The setup is front 20”x8.5 +42 offset in front with 235/35 tires; rear 20x10 +45 offset with 265/30. The tires are the same size as OEM. I wanted that concave look. The OEM were the black 19” and I felt they had too much tuck.
Your FType’s 19s may have fit if you got lower profile tires. You’d have to consider width and offset of the wheels too. If the FType 19s have a higher offset, it would poke the wheels out more.
