BCM configuration mismatch and/or missing backup on BCM
I guess because I was doing some CCF updates and worked on GWM session, now my BCM CCF is mismatched and I have permanent DTC for BCM - Central Configuration
There is nothing wrong with a car, however I would like to understand how to keep it all in sync to avoid problems in the future.
I've already tried "Configure existing module - BCM" - there was no firmware update and rest of the process did not change anything.
I was thinking to run `Configure New module - BCM" however I rather make sure I can do it safely.
So how to synchronise BCM CCF from GWM CCF ?

If you will tell us the model year of your XF I will move your post to the correct forum where you will be more likely to receive replies from knowledgeable members.

Hi, my car is Jaguar XF x260, however I believe this is generic question that probably applies to any JLR cars, but feel free to move it if you think I am more likely to get answer there, thanks.

Hi gbkwiatt,
Your generic question applies to some modern Jaguars, but perhaps not to many older JLR cars. And very few members cruise the General Tech forum. Knowledgeable owners of similar cars are more likely to frequent the X260 forum, so I've moved your thread here.
We've had many accounts from members who have had problems with various electronic control units (ECUs) after using SDD, so it's not something that should be done casually or without fully understanding all potential consequences. Hopefully one of our members will be able to tell you how to resolve the mismatch.
