Default I need a nuclear option

Where is the audible warning speaker on a 2015 XF Sport? It's behind the instrument cluster somewhere but I don't know specifically where. Dealer isn't giving me anything. I have a EPB beeping that will not stop. I have been told that the entire..... ENTIRE gear selector unit in the center console will need to be replaced. Here's the good news.... Jaguar can't even make them because of supply chain issues. All the used ones on eBay are either trash or the wrong part number.
I just want this beeping to stop. I know I can't cut the wire but I can deaden the sound or disable the speaker in some way until I can replace this unobtainable part
Thanks

I had to replace a gear selector. The correct used part was sourced.
If i remember correctly, my tech discovered it had to have a unique code on it---
re; via a new gear selector (only), adding something like ~$800 to the cost.
Ransom paid, w/ another notch added to my incredulous tab.

I feel you. I did however, engineer a band-aid while on the search for a suitable replacement gear selector assembly. Took out the instrument cluster and filled the speaker in question with as much cotton ***** it would take. Now, I can barley hear it and it's drivable for the foreseeable future. Not an elegant fix but for 2 hrs work, it's not bad.
