Default Incontrol Touch Pro vs USB Stick

hi

I have an Jaguar XF 2018 Ingenium R-Sport wirt InControl Touch Pro.

the Problem is which I have now beginns after the latest Software update

if I put my USB stick in to the USB Port it becames error cant rtead the USB

I tryed with different USB Stick's with MP3 Music but no way

I had buy another USB stick and put a movie inside and it do not work again.

did someone know how to resolve the problem ?
or which USB Format did I need
I tryed with USB Stick Fat32, exFAT which doesnt work

I need urgent help :-(

This is a new known issue after update. Need to bring to dealer for update via pathfinder. This should resolve the issue.

I've found that it's very fussy about USB sticks, I haven't had any success with anything over 32GB. Sandisk Cruzer seem to work best.
They need to be formatted as FAT32 or will not work - it's in the manual but buried quite deep!

Default Incontrol pro crash

I had no any problem since the last update to version 19C
I have always use 128GB Sandisk before which is exfat
but the last update destroyed InControl pro my Harddisk is also failed to read the internal musics many times I have freezing problems....

I will try this tomorrow by my dealer . I hope it will resolve all my problems...

Updated information

I was in my dealer today and he try to update with pathfinder
But is isn't changed the problem

Maybe hdd defect?

Or did someone now where I can find the harddisk?
Maybe it have loose connection

Default Problem resolved!!

It is resolved thanks to Jaguar UK bcs they have modified my software over remote access 😀 and it works without any issues!

Any chance you can point us in the direction of a specific contact avenue? I’ve been plagued with this issue too. And have been rack my brains out for ages?
