Lost Real Time Traffic - InControl Touch Pro
Hi,
A few weeks ago, I got a notice in my car that my license had expired, and the Real Time Traffic stopped working. I logged onto my account and verified my subscription was still current and doesn't expire until July of 2025. I've tried deleting and re-adding the profile in the car, and that hasn't worked. any thoughts? 2020 Jaguar XF.

That happened to me a few months ago and I also lost my Wi-Fi.
After troubleshooting with AT&T, they determined the SIM card was bad, which required a trip to the dealer for a new SIM and reprogramming. $300 (!!!) later and a follow up call with AT&T everything worked again.
