Default Oil Analysis

Looks great. 20K miles, 5K/1 year on the oil. I'll check it again at 10K which should be in another year. I'm betting it will be fine again but will change it anyway.

Wow, that's cool engine oil analysis report, you can see what is really wearing out in the engine. But in your case the analysis result is quite impressive.. In automotive to human equivalent, a clean bill of health Cheers.

Dropping off my '17 35t next month for the 16k oil change interval. 50k odometer..

Blackstone doesn't have a reference report on the engine with that many miles between changes..

With your 4.9 TBN at 6k, I'm anxious to see my TBN at 16k..
Castrol Edge JLR spec, right?

It's a Ford engine and I'm assuming they'll cross reference equivalents with Land Rover and any other make that uses it. Although the split crank, blocked off cylinders, and wide V does make it unique.

I'm assuming yes because JLR did the last oil change. Interesting note: When I went in for my last "free" oil change and service they denied me because it was 4 days past
warranty expiration! So I'll do them myself and this change I'll skip and see what the 10K interval looks like. I'm curious what your analysis will show.

Default Oct 19th

My dealer has me scheduled Oct 19th for 3rd annual free oil change, et.al.,

Will be just under the mileage cap..
(16,000 x 3rd annual interval + 1,000 leeway interval)

Any cold morning issues with a few micro-stumbles before 186F?

None for me. Always have smooth power delivery regardless of motor temp. Only been in one really cold (lower than 50F) start (Flagstaff, AZ) though. It was -10F outside!
