In my XF 2.0d I am looking to change the transmission oil. What is the proper brand to purchase in the USA?

Yes, thank you, I have read the owner's manual. I have spoken to the techs at the dealership. I have spoken with the largest independent Jaguar shop in the area. Now I am asking for thoughts from those in this group who likely have valid preventative maintenance experience and are willing to share.

 

I use Valvoline multi-vehicle in my 2017 XE with a ZF 8 spd.

 

If you have the 8 speed ZF the only approved fluid is Lifeguard 8.
