Hit 'Menu' on your steering wheel. Scroll down to and open 'Display', then scroll down to and open 'Info panel', the options should be available to you.

Interesting. I definitely don’t have that option. All I have available are…
The availability of display options on the Jag virtual instrument panel seems to be erratic. My previous XE (MY18) had the trip summary, analogue clock, media, and Jag logo options but my current MY20 XE has trip summary, media, Jag logo and Nav, but not the analogue clock. I could also select from a range of appearances for the speedo and rev counter on my previous XE but this option has gone on the MY20 one. The Nav display option on the instrument panel also isn't very good - it's just a sort of "cartoon" version of the map that I can get on the main screen, with just white, green and blue colours and no details of towns etc.
I miss the analogue clock - it was much easier to read than the rather small digital figures tucked away at the top of the screen.
Since the display is virtual I can't understand why all options are not available on all models.
Still, if you have an XE, XF or XJ I guess you just have to get used to JLR's IT glitches!
The image which was provided by OP is a virtual instrument. It's only available in XF Portfolio & Sportbrake. I have a 2.0 turbo XF Premium & it's also has an analog gauge panel as well.

Just want to be sure I understand. Are you saying the trip computer display on the left side of the screen is only available in Portfolio and Sportbrake models. I have the virtual display in my prestige (no analog gages) I just can’t enable the trip computer portion of the display.

Also, regarding your XF Prestige. I have looked at more than 500 XF photos on the internet at VROOM, CarMax, CarFax & Carvana in the course of 6 months when I started to looking for a used XF & never came across an XF Prestige that has a virtual display. Maybe yours is special order, but if it was an XF "Portfolio" & was labeled as an XF "Prestige", Sir, you are one lucky person. And with more than 350+ views on this thread someone here had already corrected me if there is one that existed.

The 2017 20d Prestige had the Technology Package available as a $3200 option which included the 800 watt meridian stereo, wide screen nav and virtual instruments. They are out there.
My Monroney Label is definitely a Prestige. Not a special order. Just as configured at the factory and shipped to my dealer.
I am aware how the stalk works for trip computer A and B. It displays the info on the bottom of the virtual display sequentially with each press of the stalk. Would really like ALL of the info displayed on the left side of the screen like the OP picture.
here is one for ya…. It’s not a 20d. They are harder to find in a 20d mainly because there are far fewer XF diesels in the US market.

Sir, glad to hear that you have a Technology package. Perhaps, no one had put one on for sale when I was looking for an XF. I have the Premium which is the base model and I love it dearly.
You should go to your local Jaguar dealer & have yours checked. Mine works perfectly.
