2010 XF premium 5.0 repair manual
hello I just finished up a weekend project of replacing the water pump on my 2010 XF 5.0 premium sure wish I had a good repair manual. Could someone point me in the right direction of what repair manual to buy. I am NOT a mechanic but do not mind getting my hands dirty and learning a few things to boot. I have looked on line only to find about 50 different on line manuals but I have no idea just how well they are written or illustrated. I’m sure the investment in a high quality manual would be well worth the cost seeing as Scottsdale Jaguar wanted over $1,200 to replace my water pump and I was able to replace it for the cost of the part and some long life coolant ($ 150. Total) and one weekend
thank you fellow Jag owners

You can download a copy of the 2010-2011 XFR Workshop Manual from my Dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bet26xniua...kshop.pdf?dl=0
This is the official factory manual and although it's for the XFR it also covers the 5.0 NA.

OxXFR thank you very much that manual is fantastic.I wish I would have asked for help earlier I spent hours looking for a way to bleed the coolant system of trapped air and the manual had a pic of the location of the bleeder screw right where I didn’t look. I bet I could take the whole car apart and put it back together with all the information you supplied well maybe I’ll just read through it and figure out my next project the disk brakes. Thank you again

Explore aftermarket ceramic pads if you want a much lower dust.
You need a tool to screw in the rear brake caliper piston - I just bought it for 30 dollars or so online

Do you recommend aftermarket pads and rotors? Also, are you talking about something like this for the rear brake caliper piston?
