correct me if i'm wrong but doesn't the speed pack include the front bumper splitters ? or is europe only ?
I was trying to figure out the front bumper difference between a standard XFR and the Speed Pack XFR. Can you point out the exact difference?

I've looked at pictures of the standard XFR and the XFR with Speed Pack and can't see the difference in the front bumper. Many of the pictures are from magazine and on line reviews from 2013. So I'm assuming they had the revised bumper. They look the same to me. Maybe I'm missing something?

BTW, the VAP tune with crank pulley is amazing. Glad I did it. I've read a few posts where guys said they didn't feel a difference after a tune. I can't speak to other tunes, but Velocity's upgrade is very noticeable. From all my research on tuners, Velocity and ETG seemed to have the best reputations. Most of the others have had questionable histories or questionable claims/effectiveness.

Default speed pack front bumper

it seems like the difference is very subtle. if you look close, the speed pack front bumper has an extra lower lip on each side. look roughly under each headlight, to the lowest point of the bumper. they are about as long/wide as the headlight assy. a very slim piece. ive seen them mentioned as splitters also

I see it now As noticed mine doesn't have them. Odd, but I've done some research. I think there are two possible reasons why mine doesn't have them. I ran a VIN check. It does list "Speed" after the XFR in the results under model. I checked two other VIN numbers that I know have the Speed Pack option and they are both listed showing "Speed" after XFR just like mine. I ran 3 other XFR VINs that didn't have the Speed Pack and they didn't list "Speed" after XFR in the model.

Also, one of the XFR Speed Pack cars I checked doesn't have the little splitters under the bumper either. I posted some pictures of the other car below along with the original window sticker listing "Speed Pack" under Options. You might not be able to read it, but it lists "Speed Pack" on the right side column(middle of window sticker).

So the two things I can think of are, some didn't come with the splitters. Or maybe the splitters are easily removable. They look like a bolted on separate piece. So maybe they got damaged and removed. The guy that owned mine was an older gentleman and he had a couple encounters with curbs. The wheels have some scrapes. Also the underside of the bumper and the tray under the front of the engine has some damage. Maybe they got dinged and they were removed.

I only found one website that actually decodes VIN numbers without wanting $30 or more to do so. I'd like to run my VIN though one or two more just to verify. Does anyone know a way to get info like this? I'll probably call the local dealer tomorrow and see if they can help.

Here is the other XFR with Speed Pack. No splitters on this one either.

I'd bet a year's pay it is as per the bolded text.
