My XF center console armrest has a small tear, while it’s hard to see in the photo, I’m sure will quickly grow in length.
I can see how to remove the whole armrest by pulling the hinge pins out, but it’s not obvious how to remove the top leather (or vinyl?) cover

as no screws or snaps are visible. Has anyone recovered theirs?
