2014 XF 3.0 weirdest HID problem

The right side (passenger-side) Low and highbeam not working. Change of bulb and ballast did not make any difference. But further investigation and stopping the light assembly they do work from the driver-side switch. Also work when the mechanic brother connecting wire from the driver-side positive for passenger-side switch. But when he connected both lights through the driver side it kind of flickered together for a second and then off again. With the multimeter can get 14 moulds on the blue-green while that's listed for the headlights.
ALL THE OTHER LIGHTS INCLUDING THE LEDS AND TURN SIGNALS WORK FINE ON BOTH SIDES.
No Codes whatsoever in the car OR Generic OBD Scanner
Logically I think it should be the HEADLIGHT CONTROL MODULE and I have ordered use one from eBay.
I would really appreciate any help because I don't want to be throwing parts at this anymore.

You probably wouldn't get them from either of those, if there are codes for what you report.

Left side is fine as before.
The right side (passenger-side) Low and highbeam were not working. Change of bulb and ballast did not make any difference. But further investigation and swapping the light assembly they both work through the driver-side switch. Also work when the mechanic brought a connecting wire from the driver-side positive to passenger-side just before the switch. But when he connected both lights assemblies;they both flickered together for a second and then off again. With the multimeter can get 14 volts on the blue-green (HIDpositive wire; that's listed for the headlights.)

So I was finally able to fix the Right Side Headlamp issue and want to document it for others. I went through changing HID Bulb (I bought both sides), then the Ballast and also bought a HID Control Module. Also multiple visits to different mechanics and causing an additional problem with the central locking after I tried to hard reset by disconnecting the battery. A month later, I was able to run SDD for fault codes and got B1D01-15 (Right Low Beam Short to Battery or Open).
After getting to the HID Control Module, I finally found out that the problem was with the Module Pin Connector Not Sitting Properly in Its Socket.
So please check and wiggle this HID Control Module Pin Connector (under the passenger (Right side) footwell for American version) , before throwing money at the headlight assembly compnents.
