No Not 150V. Or do you mean 15.0V?
You should measure the battery voltage with the car off after sitting all night.
Then start the car and immediately measure the voltage again. Then after 15-20 minutes of running measure the voltage again.
Report back with all 3 readings.
A secondary question is how old is your battery and did you replace the alternator with a Jaguar one or get your original unit rebuilt?
Lots of problems if you used an aftermarket alternator and now I favor getting your original rebuilt if possible.

You need to answer the questions above?
Is the replacement alternator a Jaguar alternator?
What are the other voltages I asked you to measure?
Leave the BMS stuff alone unless you have a code. Right now you know where your problem is. It's in the new alternator.
Now this is a guess and that's why I asked where the alternator came from.
