I just wanted to ask if anyone knows whether or not I’d be able to swap an AJ133s out of a 2013 XF supercharged into my 2010 XFR. There’s a wrecked 2013 XF s/c with only 20k miles that will be coming up for auction sometime soon. I know the transmissions are different so I’m not sure if the swap would even be possible. Unfortunately for me, my XFR engine gave out yesterday night. I haven’t dug into it yet but I’m 99% sure it was timing chain related. Perhaps a chain guide disintegrated. Any help would be very much appreciated.

For a quick answer, yes. Just put a 2014 XFR AJ133 into my 2010MY XFR. (Oil pump failure wrecked the previous engine) - original quote £7995.00 in like for like swap.
