Default Any Interest in a Mina Exhaust Group Buy?

Perhaps we can get a deal if some of us commit to purchase.

Anyone?

Like I mentioned before, I am in on this either way as I will buy one with a pulley regardless. I can help get the price down for us if a few people will commit to the purchase.

Is it a DIY installation?

Edit:

Yes, but not made for the XFR.

It is super easy to install. And I am working with Mina on the 5.0L caars including my own XFR. The new units should be ready to ship in a week or 2.
In the meantime I will see If I can get a deal on 6 units at this time.
$700 is great price so if they beat that by much then I will bet we all will jump on it right away?

I might be interested if I could hear a sound clip for the 4.2 SC with the exhaust.

I think everyone in this thread should email Magnaflow. Tell them what car you have and that you want them to build an exhaust for it. Even if you don't plan on buying one it will give us more options if they put it into production. They sell cat back systems that cost less than $700 (full stainless, polished mufflers, and polished tips). I picked one up for my 4.2L S4 and I loved it.

Email: moreinfo@magnaflow.com

Okay guys,
This is what I was able to get us. Mina is offering us the exhaust for either the 4.2L or the 5.0L special pricing at $675 shipped inside the USA for the next 30 days from today ( May 9th, 2012). This way you dont all have to buy at once and can order 1 by 1 at your own leisure within the next 30 days. I am working on a image and a sound clip/video for you guys now.Considering on what is out there this is a smoking deal and they are inside the USA and can get them fast. The craftmanship, Price, availability alone make it a great choice.

Soon as mine arrives I will be doing a full write up and how to when installing the pulley and the exhaust. I will even make a youtube video to illustrate how easy these 2 items are to install.

While I'm not able to purchase right now, it looks like the price you're getting from Mina is a good deal. Adds 10-12 HP to the car. Combined with the Peformance Intake (another 10-14 HP) and you can take a 5.0 NA from 385 HP to 405-411 HP.

Is that kind of gain worth the $$?

Oh, and would "bolting on" those parts void the warranty? (I have a MY11 5.0 NA)

I've been on the fence about getting one, seems like this may be the time to do it.
