Hey guys does anyone know what kind of resistance I need to cheat the CATS of my XF SV8? Been reading anywhere from 5-6 ohms. Anyone with success with this method?

DO you have the old suspension>?
Can you measure across the terminals?

 

Found a cheat using old resistors, 10W20 ohms x3 per corner with a custom aluminium heat sink. So far no CATS light after 70kms of driving.

 

Just a question - is it normal that after removing cats I have no check engine light?

What' the normal CATS error look like?

I didn't think it would run through the Check Engine light function but somewhere else. I'm still learning and would like to know.
