Brake pad sensor bypass
Hi all I'm new to site so hello to all
My question is for my xf 2015 2.2 diesel xfr which has low pads sensor light on now I've tried to join wires on NSFW and osr but the sensors are broke before the plug connector meaning I've joined them carside not wheel side so would it matter as that's why light is still on or doesn't it make a difference as if it does is there any other way of getting light off or bypassing as can't use new sensor now as it's broke before the connector sorry to sound stupid but I'm not sure it makes a difference if it's joined before or after sensor any help be great thank you all

or could be the two broken wires and there making contact with each other
I wouldn' worry about trying to fix them their pretty cheap to replace, I get mine on Amazon
Can you see the raised bit on the small piece, if that's showing signs of metal then throw it away and get new ones.
