Default Cam Belt 2013 XF

Hi. I've been told both that the Cam Belt on my early 2013 XF should be replaced at 7 years (in which case it's overdue) and alternatively, that it should be replaced at 10 years or 105,000 miles. Having seen other Jaguar forums, the balance of opinion is more towards 10 years/105,000 miles. I wanted to check this on this forum please. My XF has done 60,717 miles in 8.5 years and so is well within the recommended service interval of 16,000 miles.
I haven't been able to find any definitive guidance on Jaguar websites and would appreciate any opinions please.
Thanks.

It would help if you said which engine you have, mine has a timing chain not belt.

The OP says he is from Thornton-Cleveleys which is in Lancashire in the UK.
So he has the 3.0 V6 diesel which has a rubber cam belt instead of cam chains.
Anyway as he says it's not due for replacement until 10 years or 105,000 miles so it's not due yet.
And OP (Jagsman) it's not much use asking about the 3.0 diesel on a US based forum as no diesel Jag has ever been sold in the US.

Thanks both for taking the time to reply and apologies for both oversights; not realising this is a US site and not clarifying my car's engine is a 2.2 diesel (4 cylinder). Thanks also for clarifying the cam belt change isn't due until 105,000 miles or 10 years.

Enter your VIN on the above web site and once your vehicle details are displayed, select the "Servicing Information" tab. One can then check the requirements for the various services recommended by Jaguar. You should find that a 2013 2.2D shows the cam belt change at 182000km or 84 months
