Digital Display of Speed

I own a 2009 XF and was curious if you can get a digital read out of your speed on the center display? Only the time appears and I would like to view my driving speed at a glance on this display.

Is it possible to show the outside temp and the clock at the same time then? I saw it in a youtube video but maybe it was a newer model.. Right now I only see the clock and milage.
