Does the 2012+ XF have the dashboard bubbling issue?
I am wondering if my 2012 XF will have a warped dashboard /bubbling near the front speaker.
Or does my dash come with the fixed dashboard?
I constantly leave my car out at work with no windscreen protection. My windows have no tint and my car is boiling hot when I enter. I cant even turn the dial or release the handbrake without burning my finger after 1 second.
Should I be worried?

My 2012 was turned out of the assembly line in July of 2012 and has been in the hot sun of Texas and Oklahoma ever since..I treat my dash liberally with Lexol Leather conditioner about every 6 months..So far, (knock wood) no issues.
I wondered the same thing...good question
I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on my dash, it acts like a sunscreen and doesn't harm the leather at all. No hint of any bubbling and the sun can be really fierce here in South Australia. You should buff it down a bit after applying it otherwise it can be a bit too shiny.
Like DPK says, use Lexol and also get a sunshade and use it in the warm weather. I've been doing both and unfortunately, after 6 years, my dash leather started pulling away from the windshield. If you still have factory warranty, look for signs of the leather bubbling or pulling and get it fixed under warranty.
I use the 303 on everything else rubber or vinyl.
That's a good question..Probably nothing will help the glue from bubbling, but if it is partly due to the leather drying out and shrinking along with bad adhesive, I think that is what my goal is at least with the conditioner, to at least prevent major shrinkage....I know you boys in Canada get a lot of that..

I've been using the 303 on the dash for two years now without any problem, and the bottle says "For use on vinyl, rubber, leather and fibreglass".
I know what it says, and I agree with you..But I think it's referring to the UV block it has and what I was meaning, is that it does nothing to nourish leather as I was told.
I should have added that every two or three months I treat the dash and door tops with either Autoglym Leather Care Balm or Glyptone Liquid Leather Conditioner. I then let it dry, buff it down, and give it a coat of 303.
