I need to replace a door lock actuator (mechanism / latch) on my 2011 5.0 Premium. Please help me understand how I select the correct part number. I've been searching but I'm a tad confused.

It is for the front left door. Are the mechs specific to the driver's door, or are the front left door mechs the same for LHD and RHD markets?

It has keyless entry, so I need to select that option.

How about the double locking (dead lock) option? Is that a function of the mechanism that I need to select when buying a replacement?
