Dual Aux Radiators or "inter-coolers"
Thanks, @clubairth1!
I actually called Welsh this morning to confirm they had C2Z25540 (or could get it), and they confirmed availability and said I should receive it this week. I think I paid right at the same price you mentioned above, which was substantially more than I'd originally paid on eBay (which is a moot point because quirkparts couldn't even get it). I also ordered a few other things from Welsh while I was on the phone with them. It can be tough to order parts from Welsh via their website, as they don't really have diagrams and a lot of times, even if you search for the correct part number directly on their site, it returns nothing. Case in point, if you search for "C2Z25540" on the Welsh site, it returns nothing, even though they clearly sell it (thanks again for that link, clubairth1). Why? Well, because Welsh lists it as, "C2Z25540-OEM," so you have to search exactly for that part number to find it, but who the hell would know that you need to add the "-OEM"??? Plus, sometimes they'll even throw a hyphen in the middle of a part number, just to be silly I guess?
I've ordered directly from a guy named Donnie at Welsh (can't remember his extension) several times, and he's been great to work with. I try to only order from their website after hours or over the weekend, and I guess Welsh is one of the last few companies who actually have people who can help you buy products and avoid/resolve issues. I've also chatted with Dave Welsh (extension 120) once, who was also very nice, but Donnie informed me that they mostly sell for 50's/60's Jags, the web and phone sales departments are separate, and they're getting a new website in 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, what they have is hit or miss, and can sometimes be either a lot cheaper or more expensive than everywhere else, so it can also be difficult to compare prices over the phone in real-time.
Anyway, I received the other dual aux radiator hose (C2Z25541) this morning from Terry's Jag/Engel Imports (I wish they'd pick just one name and stick with it), whom I've also purchased from on several occasions, and I'm still on the hunt for a lot of other parts (mostly cooling stuff and other replace-while-convenient items), so I'll keep banging away at it. I just dropped off my alternator to be rebuilt this morning with a company north of Atlanta which specializes in Denso units called, "SHR Auto Electric (Sleepy Hollow Rebuilders)." They said it should take a few days and cost ~$160, and they said they'd try to get me a little more juice from it. Fingers crossed.
I also think I'm going to try to source the pulley bearings for replacement which I remember that both the sadly-missed Big Will and davetibbs wrote about somewhere on here. That's a lot cheaper than completely replacing them, so happy hunting to me!!!

Finally received my last hose for the dual aux rads setup. C2Z25540 arrived today from Welsh. Still waiting on a lot of other hoses and parts which I guess are coming from England to Welsh, then to me. Welsh hasn't been the fastest/easiest to deal with, but maybe it's not their fault? Other stuff is coming from multiple vendors and I'm still ordering other cooling and SC parts. Keeping track of it all must be why God invented Excel (yes, I meant to be a smartass there).
