Default Eaton TVS R1320 Supercharger Coupler / Isolator

Hi all,

One more post about the same subject.

I have the dreaded supercharger isolator noise and have been looking for the right one to replace it.

After looking at all kinds of posts here on this forum and on others, endlessly googling to no avail, I can't get a definite answered anywhere.

I have the 2013 Jaguar XF 3.0 SC RWD with the AJ126 engine and the Eaton TVS R1320.

Can anyone help me figure out what the OEM Isolator is for my supercharger?

I'm looking for the spring coupler, same as the original.
There are all kinds of opinions about spring vs solid, but I've decided to go with the original spring loaded. It's been redesigned and has a metal clip that holds the spring in place now.

Thanks to anyone who can help me out

This one appears to be what you are after: https://www.ebay.com/itm/11321308049....c101113.m2108

Trust me don't go oem, that's the reason you're here ,they just fail, you only need to pull the supercharger once ,but it's your choice

Thanks guys, I'll look into it again.
So many comments and experiences on so many different sites, it's hard to come to a final conclusion.

It would be much more helpful to recommend a product that does work well, rather than just tell OP "Trust me OEM sucks"

So do you think I should go with the solid as well?......or the OEM spring version?

The one that's there, from factory, has held on for 188000 km.

and my one lasted 34000Km! Before replacement by JLR.
at 65Km now so looking at options.

food for thought.

The solid ones do appear to be noisy(er) all the time.

This is just weird. I've got a bunch of sites that reference C2D60916 and LR160736 as being the isolator for the 5.0 engine and only a few as being for the 3.0.

Then the other option is LR160735 which is also for the 5.0, but smaller diameter.

So which one is it?

WTF???

See this recent thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...oupler-277003/
Especially post #9.
Different sized couplers for the 3.0 and 5.0 they are not interchangeable.

Default TVS 1320

https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.../brand/jaguar/

49.38 mm isolator diameter. Please check before ordering. C2D60916

For JLR original. The solid ones you will have to specify, which TVS to the vendor.

This is the only listing for the OEM sprung isolator I can find atm but it shows as "out of stock":
https://www.ebay.com/itm/11321308049....c101113.m2108
You could always try the genuine Eaton solid isolator, see here: https://www.ebay.com/p/8022488838
Same company/supplier/seller as the out of stock OEM sprung isolator.
