Electric fan replacment
I have a 2009 xf 4.2l NA the electric fan is on its way out anyone know of a substitute fan for the oem one? Or what other models had the same fan and shroud in it?

my code reader, it's not responding as expected when set run at 100% leading me to belive that the relay or motor it's self is going bad.it is also throwing p0483 continuously now after every clear.

Your best bet is a used original gates one ,I have 2 spares, from crashed in the rear jags , you should be able to find one on ebay, very easy to install

ya I was fortunate to find one several hours away and have it shipped for a fraction of the price ebay wants.
