I wonder if we used the same company for our remaps? I have done quite a bit of research over the last few days and other remaps seem to work just fine.
I suspect that as per a previous post the limit imposed by the new map is less forgiving than the manufacturers original settings.

The software used for mine was from Layton. Obviously the company that did the remap was called something different but it would be interesting if yours was the same.
What BHP do you currently have, I take it you had a certificate?

My remap was carried out by a mobile technician from one of the larger companies. This was my fourth map from them over the years (first one on a jag though). The claimed bhp increase was 33bhp and 82Nm.
For me I think the best option is to get the map removed as I don't want to be forever clearing faults.

I had 241 bhp, 500nm and this increased to 290 bhp, 575nm. So more bhp but less nm than yours.
Do you know what software was used on yours?

I've just checked but unfortunately haven't got the name of the software. Also just checked the stored fault code and it's Exhaust gas temperature Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2 which I think is exactly the same as your fault code.

That is the same fault code as mine and replacing the sensor didn't work for me.
Maybe as you said, different software might work.
