I see.....THAT piece is a royal PITA to get off and on, between squeezing it into/out of the front fascia, but not hanging it up on the inner fenders, while keeping the tire pressure sensors in place.....

You can get this oil at Walmart and delivered to you. I get mine from them and take the oil to a non-Jaguar shop to have them put in the right oil.
