Well, looked at pictures of it from the guy he bought if from, I figure if its under warranty, clean in the pictures and clear carfax a scratch or two isn't going to bother me too much.

I looked at mine beforehand. I was in Chicago for work last week and took it for a drive. It's coming next week on Tuesday.
