Had good compression but metal flakes in oil (pics)
You can't get at any of the bearings - mains or conrods - without removing the windage tray, and you can't remove that without removing the whole oil pan, not just the extension that houses the oil level/temp sensor.
And you can't remove the oil pan without dropping the transmission first, as you need to remove the flexplate/flywheel to remove the rear crank seal plate, which attaches to both the engine block and the oil pan and so effectively holds the oil pan to the engine block as well as all the oil pan bolts.
Sorry.

No additional marks. I don't believe that the timing chains could touch that area. If your looking at the front of the engine this is on the passenger side and that chain sits a bit more forward than the drivers side on the crank. I need to find an oil squirter for the one that is broken ( pics above in thread) anyone know where to get one? I've looked and had no luck. And if i cant get to the bottom of the engine without pulling it, I guess I have checked and cleaned as much as I can? Do i just buy timing pieces and put it all back together? Ill have to get a few other things, such as lock out kit, new rings and things for the injectors ( Injectors were terribly filthy with carbon build up) and the oil squirter. Compression was good on cylinders when i tested prior to tearing apart
