update on the sunroof pinch sensor. The dealer replaced the motor as the unit is a sealed unit and lubricating the slides didnt do it. Since my first visit was a disaster, i contacted the service mgr as well as the general business mgr and they were EXTREMELY apologetic and responsive. Needless to say, when I picked up my car this time, it was fully detailed and was retuned like the first day of delivery. A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

That's the way to do it. Make your complaint and give them the chance to fix it. Most dealers truly care about the clients and we be more than happy to make amends.
