Default Horrible noise while rolling

Have a really bad noise coming from what sounds like the back left wheel area. I hear the noise when rolling/driving down the road pretty much at all speeds, cant hear it as well when I get above 45-50 but that may just be because of the other noises from wind/motor. its a creaking/squeaking noise with some occasional banging/metal grinding noise. The noise is rotational

i also put the car in reverse and rolled back slowly and heard a consistent click noise on rotation. It hit the same spot every time.
maybe wheel bearing?

trying to post video but it wont let me

You can't POST a video on the forum but you can LINK to it in a post if hosted on YouTube etc.

I'd jack the rear of the vehicle up and rotate the wheel by hand. If it's a sticking caliper or wheel bearing you should be able to hear/feel it.

I would get under the car and inspect the brakes and wheels.
Have you done that yet?

Agreed, at least get the car up on a jack and narrow down the noise to a particular wheel by spinning them. Then you can pull the wheel off and inspect further - it's most likely to be brake related.
