Welcome to the forum Spirit,
I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X250 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.
You should add detail on which sound system is fitted to your vehicle.
Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some information about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

Good luck
If it's this type, there are metal clips holding it down. To remove it, you need something very flat and 2 to 3 inches long (like a plastic spatula) to ease into the gap between the leather and speaker grille on each side. Then gently pry it upwards with your chosen levers as evenly as possible on both sides at once. Having said all that, don't be surprised if it shatters into a thousand pieces because no matter how careful you are, most of the ones that have been subjected to hot summers for several years become very brittle and unforgiving. Be very careful not to let any of the metal clips fall into the top of the dashboard as the grille comes out.
To replace it, simply push it back down into place but once again, gently and evenly as possible.
