Default Installing a different gearshift module number

Hi all!
Short-long story.
The gear shift module needs to be replaced.
Auto - Jaguar XF 2012 - 2.0 l
The car is located in Turkey. The local dealer offers the only option - ordering an original part from the UK.
This option doesn’t suit me right now - it’s expensive.
I can to order a module from cars disassembly in Europe, but my specific number is currently out of stock.
Question: is it possible to install a module with a different number and adapt it to the ECU?

Vehicle VIN code: SAJWA0ES8DPS63885
If I understand correctly, the original part number is C2Z 22495
On my shifter below the code is DX23-7E453-AB - LHD
For sale there is a shifter with code - DX23-7E453-AB - RHD

they have the same versions HW, SW, AS, but part with number - DX23-7E453-AB have 4 buttons and it from RHD car (If I understand correctly, the top decorative panel is removable.)

Is there a chance that this will work on my car?
