So both my headlamps are pointed at the ground and my scanner is giving me U3000-49 (Control Module Internal Failure) I have a 07 XKR. My module number is 5DF 008 278-51 AA. I can not find this exact part number used on Ebay. I have found the exact same part number ending in 50 & 52 on Ebay. The 50 ending part number has a 06 date code and the 52 ending is from a 12 XKR.

The pictures of the other 2 modules look identical to mine. The question is are they interchangeable?

BTW there is not much info online telling exactly where this module is located. Even the Jaguar shop manual is non descriptive with their picture of an X150 and a pointer to a random spot in the engine bay. For those of you who are attempting this in the US all you have to do is pull your passenger floor mat out, pull back on the top right corner of the main carpet in the passenger foot well and you will see it bolted to the bottom wall.

That doesn't look like a Jaguar code - I may be wrong. Also using the numbers off the module itself may not find the item Jag number usually have a C2P number at the start for a lot of items.
