This sounds, very much, like a fuelling problem
I would take the hose off the fuel filter that goes to the high pressure pump and stick it in a bucket of diesel to see if it starts and runs. While plugging up the filter outlet…
This would rule out everything from the h/pressure pump backwards

The pressure is very low
Is that when you’re cranking the engine?
If it is, it looks like you have a problem with the high pressure pump

If you’ve got 45psi in the fuel rail, there MUST be a fault code
Take it to a garage
There should be 1000’s of psi
