Error messages upon start up are usually but not always signs of a failing or weak battery. Before starting the car, put a multi-meter on the battery. A battery in good condition will read at least 12.3V.

I checked the battery. It’s in good condition. All steering controls are not working, including manual gear mode “Jaguar Sequential Shift” is also not working.

Check that the battery terminals are correctly and tightly connected, including the earth lead connection on the side of the boot.
Also check the age of the battery, if it is the original it is well overdue for replacement.
A weakening battery can test OK but still cause problems on modern Jags.
If the battery is not that old and the terminal connections are good then consider giving it an overnight session on a battery tender such as a CTEK.

Yep, that battery looks good, and it is not the original.
Next step is to check all the battery connections, then if/when they are good hook up a battery tender and let it run overnight.
One tip - double check the main clamps on the battery posts, sometimes a non-OEM replacement battery (like you have) has slightly thinner battery posts than the OEM battery and the clamps don't grab as tightly as they should.

You could have an issue with something in the steering column connections. With all those issues happening in one spot, i would try and check for wiring and/or common denominator for all those. Possibly a shared ground or popped fuse that shares everything.

The common denominator is all buttons on steering wheel. Eventually you might see an air bag light. The part that makes those connections work as the wheel rotates, is called the clock spring. Something to try replacing but don't buy it used. Search the forum for that term and your part number could be C2P20958 but confirm that with your parts seller to match your VIN as always. Expect a fight when getting the steering wheel off, or just give it to your friendly euro import specialist since this thing seems to fail a lot on those cars and they know their way around stubborn disassembly.
