Smile Jaguar Xf 2012 ,2.2d

Hi guys I am Matt from South Africa and i have been having a problem with SDD mongoose software V145,I am trying to program a key fob for a Jaguar Xf 2012 , 2.2 D. Does anyone out there know their way around this interface. I do not have the original key but I managed to buy one for the car. The software works well allows access to the car and its modules. I just do not know my way around the software can anyone assist.
