Jaguar XF battery drain.
I have a Jaguar XF, and i had a battery drain problem. I noticed that the light was staying on in the instrimental key pad panel where you control the Temperature, Radio, GPS, etc. The light that shows the Jaguar emblem. That gets stuck on. I believe that that was causing the problem draining the Battery. When your car is turned off, make sure that the light is off there. It sometimes stays on....draining the battery. Hope that is the cause.
This is a common Jag problem particularly on the F-Type.
The easiest fix is to reset the battery management system (BMS) by simply disconnecting the battery for a few minutes then reconnecting it.
Just trace the earth lead from the negative battery terminal to where it bolts to the floor of the boot/trunk and disconnect it at that end for a while, no need to muck about with the positive connection on the battery.
Give it a try, 10 minutes work, good chance it will do the trick.
If that doesn't work the battery could be on it's way out.

It's also been reported that storing your keys too close to the car prevents it from going to sleep.
Can't say that's true as my keys are always stored about 10' from the car and I have not had any problems?
