Hi, This is my first post in this form, My sunroof internal doors (front/back) of Jaguar XJL 2011 5-ltr portfolio car isn't opening. what could be the possible reason? and how could I resolve it? Any suggestions to resolve the issue is much appreciated.

but possible solutions:
- blown fuse
- switches not working

i know the back seat has a switch to control the rear sunroof shade, does that work?
