Default Jerking at low rpm / stable speed

I have a 2014 Jaguar XF, Automatic. supercharged luxury premium one. It’s on 120k km.

The car recently started to jerk or hesitate at low speed with low rpm and also when I start the car, the initial rev up that used to be a few seconds now lasts maybe 20 seconds sometimes.

I have done lots of reading before opening this topic and from what I read it’s most likely a throttle body sensor problem. If I assume that’s the problem: Instead of changing the throttle body, can I just change the TPS? If so, which after market TPS would I have to get for my car? However I’m a total noob and never fixed a car myself or changed a part, would I be able to replace it myself?

Engine mounts, spark plugs etc were changed within the last year.

When I drive at higher speed or while accelerating, there is no hesitation.

I would try two simple cleaning jobs first, both easy to do and free or at least very cheap.
With both you are looking to remove stuck on crud or contamination:
1. The MAF sensors
Remove from the car (one plug and two simple bolts/screws each), then spray the wires (two sets in each sensor) with MAF sensor cleaner 6 or 8 times each waiting around 20 seconds between sprays, then refit.
2. The throttle body butterfly
Take the big intake central Y piece off (three large Jubilee clamps) to access the butterfly then push it open and clean it with carb cleaner or similar - spray on the edges of the butterfly then wipe/rub off.

Could as easily be an air leak - see fuel trims.
