Default Last remaining Jaguar dealer in NH has closed.

Looks like there are no more Jag dealers in NH. The one in Exeter has closed its doors. I'm not surprised as I tried to do business with them in December and they didn't want anything to do with moving a car.

There are several in the Boston area pretty close to you. I'd guess Jaguar Peabody is only a half hour or so. I've used Jaguar Norwood for many years and been very happy with their service

Unfortunately there is prob not enough sales and service volume to justify every state

That's VERY true. It's the reason that I sometimes have hesitated to take either of the family's Jags on a "road trip", except when they were less than a couple of years old. A simple trip back to visit my relatives, in our home town, while not a long trip (just over 300 miles), runs through some really "rural" areas. Have a mechanical problem there, and you're in for a long ride on the back of a flatbed............

Yes, there are some Massachusetts dealers not too far away, but 3 trips on a flatbed in my first 50k miles was enough for me.

1. coolant hose failure, flood in my garage
2. thermostat failure, overheated
3. power steering failure, fluid, pump/hosing

then I traded it in.

There may not be official dealers but there are many excellent Indy mechanics that specialize in Jags and other European luxury cars. It gets much less economical to use the dealers as cars age.

Probably quite true, but when you have a car with a 4-5 years warranty, I would think that you'd want to have an authorized dealer doing the repair. Secondly, if stranded on the road, how would you locate a good "indie".....especially one who might have the needed parts.

Dealer did the work under warranty, car hit end of warranty and given the track record, that was enough for me. Will never own a Jaguar again....would lease one, but even that was impossible at the NH dealer. Long story....
