Hi All,
So the water pump and plastic tubes replacement weren't enough (pump with gaskets + AJ811539 + C2Z26930 + C2Z28258).
. Still coolant discharge in the front. I left the plastic connector in place and didn't touch the o-ring "inside" the connector tube.
Does anyone know if the connector tube comes with both o-rings - inside (to connect with engine) and outside (to connect pump)?
Do I have to buy an additional o-ring for the "inside" of the connector tube (part ID?)?
Any advice while replacing the connector (lube it or not?)?
Should I put any grase on the gaskets (red lithium rated at 300F)? One side or both sides of the gasket?

Connector tube only comes with one O Ring so you have to buy a second one. I lube with Vaseline. Gaskets don't need grease.

Are they identical orings (in and outside tube one)? do You lube O rings on both, inside and outside?
