Default Lighted Door Panels for an 2011 XF

Hello XF Fam,

Anyone know where I can get lighted door panels(skids) installed in the SoCal area? I'm in Studio City, CA. The car is a 2011 XF. Thanks in advance for any and all advice/responses.

The Jaguar Fitting Instructions could help if you want to fit the tread plates yourself or to use a non-Jaguar shop:

C2Z 5587 - X250 2011 - Illuminated Tread Plate.pdf

The worst part of the job looks to be removing the existing tread plates. To avoid any visible fixings, Jaguar bond these on all current models with either an adhesive bead or double sided adhesive pads.

I bought mine from a jaguar dealer on ebay. It took a while to install, but nothing was too difficult. Removing the clips in the old plates that got stuck in the track during removal was probably the hardest part.

Default Thanks

Hey Guys,

Thanks so much! I really appreciate the information! Looks more involved for me to do myself so I'm going to try to find where I can get this done!

Thanks again!
