Default Limp Mode Two consistant codes throttle ?

Jaguar XF S 3.0 D 2010
I am at a point of loss with my constant limp mode Jaguar, CODES keep coming up for P0488 and P2263? Can these be linked if p0488 is happening and restricting air can this affect the air pressure of turbo p2263 ?
I have taken my car to Jagcare in Portsmouth and they found an unplugged circuit on turbo and fixed it.
They said my Cars Egr's had been removed and capped.
I have been experiencing now and then mad throttle bouncing then it settles.
Do i need to replace my throttle body???!!!
Please help internet.

The problem is this forum is mainly US guys and Jaguar never sold the Diesel version in the US. So we have exactly zero of those cars over here.
There is a UK Jaguar forum which would be better for you as they DID get the Diesel so lots of experience. I would post over there.

Note thanks for your car info but it also helps a ton to put where your at too.

I've no experience of those codes but the following makes me think that if you have no EGR installed and its not been properly "deleted" from the car config it could throw P0488 as its expecting some feedback from the valve about its position.

P2263 seems to be related to the turbo, could be any of: the turbo, vacuum hoses, connectors, cables, sensors and the ECU which could be at fault. Its basically complaining that it's not sensing the amount of air it expected and now its a guessing game as to where the fault really is.
