Hi
I have an XF 2009 and the memory settings buttons for the driver's seat has totally stopped working all of a sudden! I have tried to re-program it but nothing seems to work. Does anybody have any ideas of what I could do?

If neither the seat nor the steering wheel and mirror adjustments work I suspect the switch or door connection in the harness. If some functions work but not others then the affected component or perhaps a central software glitch. A dealer is likely the only recourse for diagnosis.

 

Could be a blown fuse.

 

Hi jerry s , I had considered the fuse but the problem has turned out to be intermi
ttent, on and off when it feels like ... Also the passenger Window opens on its own , again intermittent..
What do you think ......?

Hi thanks for the info , that does make sense as the problem is intermittent , going to put it on a diagnostic at the weekend ... Will let you know....
