Question mileage problems

Over the last 3 months my XF 2.7 dsl mileage has become progressively worse from 35 around town and short runs now down to 25 ???? Any ideas ???

I've moved your question from New Member Area - Intro a MUST to X250 forum.

Members here with the same model will be able to advise.

I've gotten really really bad mileage lately.
We've been really cold. I have a sort trip to my office. There's been lots of snow. Snow mode really affects mpg. I think it brakes the wheel so I would think that's why it affects mpg (I could be 110% wrong as I have no technical backup for this claim lol)

Normally I get around 400 Kms on a tank before the light comes on. My last tank was 280 and the light came on. I was hooping it wouldn't be as pronounced in an NA engine. But I am WRONG!

Use an OBD tool with live data and check:
1. for codes
2. cars switches to CL
3. LTFTs
see below for acronyms

If all is OK, maybe dragging brake or failing bearing.
